Deal Announcement: MSA Engineering Consultants was acquired by IMEG Corp.

Las Vegas, NV, April 29, 2021 - Blackcastle Partners is pleased to announce the sale of MSA Engineering Consultants ("MSA") to IMEG Corp.
MSA is one of the largest Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical (MEP) & Low Voltage Engineering firms in Nevada. The Company has over 75-employees on staff, is registered in 40 States, and provides its services from offices located in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona. Since its inception in 1978, MSA has completed over 6,500 projects for clients in diverse market sectors including Hospitality and Gaming, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Performing Arts, and Sports Venues.
IMEG is one of the largest engineering consulting firms in the United States (ranked at No. 77 in Engineering News-Record’s 2021 Top 500 Design Firms) specializing in high-performing building systems, infrastructure, program management, and construction-related services. The firm is headquartered in Rock Island, IL, and employs over 1,500 team members in multiple locations across the country. Blackcastle Partners initiated the transaction between MSA and IMEG. With the acquisition of MSA, its second deal in 2021, IMEG continues its growth trajectory in Nevada and gains a stronger foothold in the Las Vegas engineering market. The deal will close on May 1, 2021; the terms were not disclosed.
In March 2021, IMEG also acquired Mendenhall Smith Structural Engineers, a Las Vegas-based structural engineering firm represented by Blackcastle.
